About Urban Sensations

Urban Sensations was established in 2004 by Rosalie Griffiths. Rosalie has been doing rejuvenations for herself and others for over 10 years. Rosalie is an experienced project manager, registered building practitioner (DBL-27499), Master Builder and a property investor. She noticed that many people neither had the time, inclination or the skills required to design and complete a property renovation within a short time frame and on budget! Thus, Urban Sensations was created!
